ALPENA — Absentee ballots are now available for pickup at City Hall for voters who are on the permanent ballot list or who have already requested that an absentee ballot be mailed to them. Voters may pick up their absentee ballot in person through Sept.30, 2026. On Oct. 1, 2026, any ballots that have not been picked up will be mailed to the voter.
