The Alpena County Planning Commission toured Alpena Community College's new solar array for its September meeting. Wesley Repke, an instructor in the Electrical Systems Technology Program, provided background on the system's planning and operation and how it will enhance the college's new B.S. degree program in Electrical Systems Technology.
