Alpena library to host denim hanging pot event
Do you have some old jeans and like to make something useful from them? On Friday, from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Alpena County Library, people can turn their old jeans in a new plant hanger. Luther makes Dean’s List at NMU
ALPENA — Sylvie K Luther, of Alpena, made the Dean’s List at Northern Michigan University in Marquette for the 2026 winter semester. Luther posted an impressive grade-point average that was greater than, or equal to, 3.50. Luther is enrolled in the elementary education program at the university.
