According to an update posted to the City of Alpena Facebook page on Monday morning, the flow to the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant continues to decrease. Water usage and discharge limitations are cancelled.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation over this past week’s emergency, the release stated.
