ALPENA – The City of Alpena will be extending the hours of operation of the Starlite Beach splash bark beginning Thursday. Hours of operation have been extended until 10:30 p.m. nightly through July 7.The park will still open at 9 a.m. Beginning, July 8, regular hours of operation from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. will resume.
