The Alpena Downtown Development Authority is hosting a special strategic planning meeting on Friday at noon until 3 p.m. at the Alpena Yacht Club at 250 Prentiss Street in Alpena. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss future goals of the DDA. A written Strategic Plan document will be presented and voted on at a future DDA board meeting and will be posted to the DDA website for the public to review.
