April 17

2:28 p.m.: RP called to report a male subject came into her place of work and was yelling at her. The subject was trespassed from the business.

April 18

12:06 a.m.: Officers responded to an argument between a father and daughter in the Village of Hillman. The subjects were separated for the night.

2:30 a.m.: During a traffic stop in Albert Township a male subject was taken into custody for a warrant of Oscoda County. The subject was transported to the county line and picked up by an Oscoda County Deputy.

9:47 a.m.: A property owner called to report that a male subject was picking up wood that MDOT had cut along the road. The wood was on the caller’s property and he requested a deputy speak with the subject taking the wood. A deputy responded, the caller allowed the subject to take the wood he had loaded and the subject left the area.

10:25 a.m.: A resident of Briley Township called to report that she could see a male subject on her property looking through her shed. A deputy responded to the area, located the male subject and he stated he was looking or empties. He was advised not to trespass on another person’s property.

10:26 a.m.: A civil dispute between family members, in the Village of Hillman, was reported. The subject was advised he needed to evict the family member if he wanted them to leave.

3:25 p.m.: A two-vehicle crash was reported in Vienna Township. No injuries were reported. A deputy responded to take the report.

April 19

11:10 a.m.: A business in Albert Township called to report a gas drive off, the cashier did get a partial plate. The driver was located at their residence. She advised she would go back and pay for the gas.

3:23 p.m.: A resident of Albert Township called to report piles of debris burning and not being attended. A DNR officer responded to the area, located the fires and the property owner was tending the fires.

4:28 p.m.: A car on fire was reported in Hillman Township. Hillman Fire, EMS and MCSO deputy all responded to the scene. The fire was put out and all responders cleared without incident.

4:36 p.m.: A resident of Briley Township called to report a dog tied to a post in Briley Township, called advised the dog had been tied there for a few hours. A deputy responded and was getting the dog to take it to the shelter, the owner of the dog came out of Freddie’s and the officer returned their dog and advised not to tie it out while they were shopping.

4:40 p.m.: A breaking and entering in Albert Township was reported. Investigation is ongoing at this time.

6:33 p.m.: A deputy responded to a private property accident in Hillman Township; no one was injured — officer took the report.

9:34 p.m.: Deputies responded to a dispute in Hillman Township; parties were separated for the evening. Officers cleared without incident.

April 20

1:29 a.m.: An officer responded to a vehicle deer accident in Loud Township; No one was injured. Deputy took the report.

2:23 a.m.: Officers responded to an alarm in Hillman Village at a local business; the building was secure.

6:01 a.m.: A report was made of a residence on fire in Hillman Township. The Hillman Fire and EMS along with MCSO deputies responded to the scene. When the fire department arrived on scene there was no smoke or fire, the homeowner was transported to the hospital as she was very confused.

2:59 p.m.: An Avery Township resident called to report a noise complaint from the night before. The complaint was logged for further investigation.

6:52 p.m.: Hillman Fire, CCR Fire, and Tri-Township Fire responded to a fire in Montmorency Township at a residence; the caller reported a lot of smoke within the home. Fire department learned it originated in the chimney and extinguished the fire before it spread any further.

9:28 p.m.: Officers responded to a possible breaking and entering in Briley Township; an investigation is ongoing.

April 21

2:03 p.m.: Officers responded to a dispute over an arrangement made on purchasing some items on Pleasant Valley Rd. The parties were separated and will discuss arrangement at a later time.

4:49 p.m.: Dispatched received a complaint of a vehicle stuck and a fire under the vehicle on Elk Valley Trail. Hillman Fire Dept, Atlanta DNR Fire and officers responded. No one was injured, all units cleared at 5:52 p.m.
