ALPENA — Thunder Bay Arts has announced winners in its scarecrow competition. The scarecrows are stationed around downtown, and will be there all month. They were placed around town in time for last Saturday’s Shades of Fall event, which brought a crowd downtown for a variety of festivities.
Winners include: Chrissy Curtis, individual winner; Andrea Griffin Family, family winner; Victim’s Advocate, organization winner; Lappan Agency, non-downtown business winner; Cedar & Threads, downtown business winner; and Neighborhood Provisions, people’s choice winner.
