Thunder Bay may have been too rough and the weather too cold for many water-related activities, but it was just about right for parasailing. This man took off from Mich-e-ke-wis and cruised up and down the shoreline before returning to shore. It is expected to be much warmer today, as temperatures are expected to climb to the mid-70s before cooling again late tonight and into Wednesday.
