In addition to the performers, many hands go into all that Thunder Bay Theatre does.

Administrative staff members at Thunder Bay Theatre include Producing Artistic Director Jeffrey Mindock, his wife Associate Artistic Director and Graphic Designer Paige Mindock, Education Coordinator and Vocal Academy Director David C. Delano, Education Coordinator and Box Office Manager Adrian Alexander, and Administrative Apprentices Jordan Hand and Lucas Moquin.

On the production team are Scenic Designer and Paint Charge Bridgid Burge, Resident Production Manager and Stage Manager Tabitha Camp, Assistant Stage Manager Jenna Koch, Resident Technical Director Jason Luther, Lighting Designer Chris Riley, and Costume Designer Erin Wiley.
