Jessie Vought and Patrick Crawford of Grand Rapids announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Lori Vought and the granddaughter of Carol and Don Lightner and Reggie Vought, all of Alpena. The future groom is the son of Michael and Cathy Crawford of Grand Rapids.

Jessie is a 2008 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2012 graduate of Central Michigan University. She works as a ninth grade English teacher at Spring Lake High School. Patrick is a 2007 graduate of Rockford High School and a 2012 graduate of Michigan State University. He is employed by Gill Group Inc. as a real estate management consultant.

The couple will exchange their vows on July 22, 2017 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Alpena.
