Your Jan. 8 column by Marc A. Thiessen was an excellent piece on how the media squandered Americans’ trust.

The Jan. 6 2021 U.S. Capitol Protest was caused by a witch’s brew stirred up by the Liberal Left Media, Hilary Clinton, the DNC, and FBI, during the Trump administration. This brew continued 24/7 for over four plus years of his administration with constant lies, falsehoods, propaganda, and costly unproven investigations. Hilary never accepted her defeat and the DNC were determined that Trump must be removed from office and never again be elected.

Lies have become the weapon of the DNC in elections. As an example, look at the Presidential race by Mitt Romney in 2012. Senate Leader, Harry Reid’s allegation statement on the Senate floor that candidate Mitt Romney had not paid his taxes over the last decade. This was proven untrue, since his tax returns had been submitted, yet Reid, (D-Nev) not only refused to retract the allegation but also seemed to take great pride in it. When pressed by CNN’s Dana Bash about continuing to defend a statement that is not true, Reid responded. “Romney didn’t win, did he?”

How can any American voter ever again trust our media, politicians, FBI, or the governmental justice system? In total, all this corruption of our democratic system stole the 2020 election from President Donald J. Trump and the American voters.
