Joel Bauer has experience for circuit court
There is an old saying, “There is no substitute for experience.” This saying is never more relevant than when it comes to selecting a judicial candidate.
The caseload of a circuit court judge is made up of more than just criminal cases. In fact, criminal cases make up less than 30% of the circuit court docket.
Other cases, such as automobile negligence, medical malpractice, contract matters, complex civil litigation, divorce, child custody and protective proceedings, juvenile adjudications, mental health hearings, and appeals from lower court decisions make up the rest.
It is important that a judicial candidate have experience handling the types of matters that may come before him/her for hearing and decision.
Joel Bauer is the only candidate with experience handling the types of matters that are heard and decided by a circuit court judge
I fully support and recommend JOEL BAUER for CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE.
HON. JOHN E. FITZGERALD,
Retired circuit, district
and probate judge
Hillman
