Arby’s Restaurant General Manager Bonnie McEachern loads bags with freshly baked paczki Tuesday morning during the restaurant’s annual fundraiser sale for Relay for Life. According to McEachern the restaurant makes about 120 of the traditional pastries eaten on the Tuesday before the Lenten season begins. Cooks begin the process at around 6 a.m. and the paczki are sold out in around an hour. She said they make about $1,200 from the charity sale.
