Werblow/Granata

Tracie Marie Werblow and Eric Anthony Granata exchanged their wedding vows on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Stafford’s Perry Hotel in Petoskey. Pastor Owen Williams officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Cheryl Werblow of Alpena. The groom is the son of Bill Kunst and Mary Granata of Royal Oak, and the late Thomas Granata.

Jamie VanMassenhove, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor and Jon Semizian, friend of the groom, was the best man. Angie Boyle and Lindsay Granata, sisters of the groom, and Barbara Johnston, cousin of the bride, were bridesmaids. Groomsmen were Ryan Werblow and Brett Werblow, brothers of the bride, and Sean McCaslin, friend of the groom. Flower girls were Camden and Hollyn Johnston, cousins of the bride, and Norah and Elsie Boyle, nieces of the groom. Sutton and Boden Johnston, cousins of the bride, served as the ring bearers.

The ushers were Christopher Watts, cousin of the bride and Adam Weeks, cousin of the groom. The pianists providing the special music were Emerson Kolda, grandfather of the bride, and Sherry Watts, aunt of the bride. Owen and Marie Williams were the soloists. Readings were given by Leah Sapa, cousin of the bride and Ryan Ratzloff, cousin of the groom.

Following the wedding ceremony a reception with dinner and dancing honored the newlyweds.

Tracie received her bachelor of science degree and doctorate of physical therapy from Central Michigan University. She is employed by Bay Athletic Club as general manager. Eric studied business management at Detroit Mercy and is employed at Rivers Edge Golf Course as head golf professional.

Tracie and Eric enjoyed a honeymoon to Miami, the Florida Keys, and Costa Rica and are making their home in Alpena.
