Beaulieu earns Above and Beyond Award at Ferris State
Courtesy Photo Garrett Beaulieu, an Alpena native, received the John and Sue Bradac Above and Beyond Award at an awards dinner held in the fall of 2023. The Bradacs established the Above and Beyond award, presented annually to select alumni who are members of the Student Alumni Gold Club and have contributed significantly to the campus and alumni communities. Recipients are role models, and by example, encourage peers to assist in achieving the mission of Ferris State University. This award reflects the university’s appreciation for its SAGC members and encourages their continuing commitment to Ferris. Beaulieu is serving his second term as president of the Student Alumni Gold Club. In addition to his involvement in SAGC, he is the president of the Ferris State Associated Construction Students RSO, secretary of Ferris State Sigma Lambda Chi Construction Honors Fraternity, and is an active member of the Ferris State ASO Construction Competition Team. Beaulieu graduated in December with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and has secured a position with the Christman Company out of Grand Rapids. He is the son of Alpena resident Barb Beaulieu.
