ALPENA — The ROCK Men’s Ministry invites all men and young men to an evening of fellowship and spiritual growth from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, at New Life Christian Fellowship, 317 S. Ripley Blvd., Alpena.

“Men, have you ever wondered what it means to be a ‘man’?” a press release states. “In these days of ‘anything goes’ and no absolutes, it can be difficult to know who we are created to be and how we should act as men of God. We invite you to attend a new four-part series where we explore the biblical definition of manhood, demonstrated by the character and life of Jesus Christ.”

The evening will include a home-cooked dinner, worship and a lesson and discussion on “The Foundational Principles of Biblical Manhood, Part Three: Live Eternally.” This event will be Live on Facebook following the meal at: www.facebook.com/ROCKALPENA.
