Girl Scouts from Troop 1033 of St. Paul Lutheran Church put together some Christmas Crackers to present to the patients at Alpena Cancer Center at MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena. The Crackers were filled with wrapped candies and inspirational notes. The Scouts wanted to help lift spirits during the Christmas season. The Crackers will be there for patients to take after receiving cancer treatments. Pictured are some of the Girl Scouts from Troop 1033: Samantha Schaap, Lexie Peterson, Kahlan Mousseau, Carol Rundell with MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena, Kelsie Mousseau, social worker Jen Schuck, Alexis DeKett and Jenna Peterson.
