Cathy Joan Beattie of Dearborn passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023, at home after an extended illness. Cathy was born Nov. 6, 1955, in Alpena, Michigan to Clayton and Norma (Kwiatkowski) Beattie. Cathy earned her associate degree from Alpena Community College. After completing her education, she worked for more than 30 years for the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan. She enjoyed collecting antiques, gardening, spending time with her family, and traveling. David Joseph Couillard, 91, of Alpena, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena. He was a kind, caring, and loving, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend that will be dearly missed. Joel Roy Marciniak, 77, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2023, in Ossineke. He was born on June 21, 1945, in Alpena, to the late Roy and Helen (McNeil) Marciniak. He was also preceded by his sister Andria Snavley. Joel is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Carole, whom he married on July 17, 1965. Ruth Maedean Rossen, 88, of Hubbard Lake, a loving, faith-filled, and selfless woman, passed away on April 12, 2023, in Alpena, Michigan. Born on June 6, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan, Ruth was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ila (Adams) Wicks.
