Alpena 12U Thundercats win PIGS Tournament

Courtesy Photo The 12U Alpena Thundercats softball team went undefeated last weekend to become the 12U champions of the annual Rogers City PIGS softball tournament. They beat Moran Iron Works Vulcans in the championship game.  Aubrey Weiland pitched for the Thundercats and Anna Wood was the pitcher for the Vulcans. The Thundercats had many players that contributed hits to bring home the win.
