Grateful for Hinkleys’ work at The News
This Thanksgiving we are extremely grateful for having Justin and Darby Hinkley as editor and editorial contributors of the Alpena News. They always bring thoughtful, often humorous editorials to the paper as well as a great balancing act representing all points of view. It is reprehensible that anyone would attack them in this impossible job during these fraught times. Would the people writing in to them be mindful of the same care of language and thoughtful consideration as they are?
We are setting the stage for future generations by our examples.
