County GOP should denounce Rep. Bergman
It was a shocking revelation to learn that our 1st District representative to the United States Congress, Jack Bergman, signed on to a Texas lawsuit that would overturn the election in Michigan.
When elected, Bergman put his hand on the Bible and swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Failing to do so with such an unpatriotic action, he should be held accountable by the citizens of Alpena County and Michigan.
I call on the chair of the Alpena County Republican Party, Kevin Osbourne, to join with the Alpena County Democratic Party and its leadership to publicly denounce such a deplorable and anti-American move by our representative.
