Alpena News needs to drop the AP service
Your coverage area leans more Republican than Democrat as shown in every election and yet your national news source is Associated Press that consistently present the Democratic view, the same as CNN consistently is pro-Democrat/Liberal. You would better serve (please) your Republican readers if you can use a different news source in addition to AP. Because you’re the only newspaper in the area, I think you owe this to your subscribers. I have enjoyed home delivery of The Alpena News for many years but am thinking about canceling to avoid the constant anti-Republican news irritation.
