Applications, not ballots, were mass-mailed
Michigan sent out a mass mailing for requests for absentee ballots, not ballots.
You had to then fill out the request for a ballot and return it in order receive a ballot.
We have been voting absentee for years, but we still had to request ballots in order to vote this year.
Mr Kelly is wrong and is trying to mislead voters and the general public by repeating Donald Trump’s lies about absentee voting.
