RUDE, Christian Reinhold Jr., 89, of Alpena, died Jan. 3, 2023, at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena. He is survived by his wife, Carol Rude, of Alpena, sons Thomas and David (Colleen) Rude, granddaughters Onatah and Nova, his brother, Clarence Rude, of Alpena, and his sister, Marie Bowers, of Ohio, and many nieces and nephews. Barbara Jean Cousineau, 84, of Alpena passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Barbara Jean Diemond was born on Dec. 19, 1938, to the late Franklin and Beatrice (St. Charles) Diemond. On June 6, 1959, she married V. Lee Cousineau. She was a member of All Saints Parish and its Altar Society. She worked at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union until her retirement. Marsha Lee (Dickinson) Desermeau passed away at the home of her daughter in Midland on Dec. 31, 2022, after a brief illness of pancreatic cancer. Marsha, also known as Lee, was born on May 12, 1938, in Flint, Michigan to the late Raymond and Martha (Hayes) Dickinson. At age six, the family moved to the farm on Stinson Road, Herron Michigan. In 1955, Marsha married James Daniel Desermeau. Together Jim and Marsha Lee had six children. Henry, Debra, Roxanne, Velvet, Dan and Jeanne. He preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 1996.
