BARBARA JEAN COUSINEAU

Barbara Jean Diemond was born on Dec. 19, 1938, to the late Franklin and Beatrice (St. Charles) Diemond. On June 6, 1959, she married V. Lee Cousineau. She was a member of All Saints Parish and its Altar Society. She worked at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union until her retirement. Barb enjoyed her home on Long Lake and enjoyed 20 years wintering in Florida. Most of all Barbara loved spending time with all of her family.

Surviving are her husband, Lee; four children, Larry (Cheryl) Cousineau, Debora (Michael) Wigle, Randy (Mary) Cousineau, Mark Cousineau; nine grandchildren, Janell (Jason) Neumann, Kevin (Brooke) Cousineau, Joshua (Maggie) Frantz, Tiffany (Aaron) Kaszubowski, Kent (Courtney) Frantz, Clay Cousineau, Tiffany (Randy) Timmons, Jeremy (Alicia) Cousineau, Erin Stahlbuck; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 siblings, Dolores Sumerix, Lucille (Royal) VanAken, Karen Wallace, Dennis Diemond; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, at St. Bernard Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon with the Rev. Tyler Bischoff officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
