Jeanne Pankey

Jeanne was born on April 13, 1944, to the late Berthina Mertz (Leo Flemming). She married her love, Roger Pankey, on September 29, 1962. Jeanne was always caring for others, having worked for Provincial House/Tender Care for 35 years. She was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church where she could often be found assisting with funeral luncheons. Jeanne enjoyed tending her rose gardens, puzzles, cooking, baking, and playing with her dog Abigail, but her greatest pride and joy came from spending time with her family.

Jeanne is survived by her loving husband Roger, her children, Michael (Kelly) Pankey, Paula (Steve) Hier of Prescott Valley, AZ, her sisters, Arlene (Bill) Peterson, Ruth Anne (Harry) Taylor, and her dog Abigail.

Family and friends will gather at Grace Lutheran Church on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a family directed memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.Tom Orth officiating. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.
