DUANE ANGUS CHRISTIAN

Duane Angus Christian, 61, of Lachine, passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024, at his home.

Duane was born Sept. 6, 1962, in Lansing, to the late Arthur and Thelma (Stringer) Christian. He served in the United States Navy and retired from the State of Kentucky Corrections Facility in 2013. On Oct. 18, 1985, he married Jeanette Standen. Duane was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time with family.

Surviving are his wife, Jeanette; two sons, Eric (Alicia) Christian, Brian (Naomi) Christian; three grandchildren, Lucas, Fiona, Felicity; siblings, Glen (LeeAnn) Christian, Donna Christian; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will take place Friday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until the memorial service at 4 p.m. with Deacon Michael Roy officiating.
