CAROL FRANTZ STAPLETON

Carol was born on April 21, 1940, in Alpena to the late Albert Frantz, Jr. and Mary (Filipiak) Frantz. Soon after graduating from Alpena High School, Carol moved to Florida where she met her late husband, Walter. They resided in Columbus, Georgia, where Walter was in the Army stationed at Fort Benning.

Carol is survived by daughters Renee Stapleton and Rhonda Paul, grandchild Alexis, and siblings Katherine (Kitty) Garant, Bonnie Frantz, William (Harriet) Frantz, and Wayne (Barbara) Frantz.

Carol was a member of Our Lady of Lourds Catholic Church, and per her wishes she has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
