William ‘Billie’ E. Arpin
ARPIN, William ‘Billie’ E., 58, of Alpena, Michigan, died on Monday, July 26, 2021, at MediLodge of Alpena.
He is survived by three sisters: Judy (Fred) Hart, Dixie Hayes, and Charlotte Arpin, all of Alpena, Michigan, along with several nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes he has been taken from Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home for cremation.
