REED, Richard Carlyle, 79 of Alpena, formerly of Lennon died peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; two children, Brian (Angie) of Alpena, and Susan (Jack) Lewis of Midland; six grandchildren, Jessica, Adam, Ryan, Aaron, Christopher, Audrey; brother-in-law, Vincent (Marilyn) Bandurski; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. with a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Memorial visitation will continue on Monday at St. John the Baptist Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Fitzpatrick officiating.
