Spencer Kraft

ALPENA — Alpena Public Schools Athletic Director Jon Studley is proud to announce Spencer Kraft as the new boys’ head coach for track and field.

Spencer Kraft, a dedicated track athlete and coach, brings years of experience to Alpena High School’s boys’ track program. Starting his track journey in sixth grade, Kraft continued to excel in the sport throughout high school, representing LSSU for a semester before unforeseen circumstances paused activities. In 2022, Kraft transitioned to coaching as an assistant, eager to share his passion and knowledge with aspiring athletes. Alpena High School is thrilled to welcome Spencer Kraft as the new leader of their boys’ track program.

“Spencer brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to our program with a focus on athlete development. Spencer has been a fantastic assistant Coach and will be a great leader for our program. We have a great staff of coaches who put students first,” Studley said.
