Feb. 27
9:43 p.m.: Officers responded to a dispute on Avalon Dr. A male subject from Hillman was arrested and lodged in the Alpena County Jail.
March 2
2:51 p.m.: A verbal dispute in the Village of Hillman was reported. A deputy responded to the scene to speak with both parties.
9:45 p.m.: Deputies picked up a male subject on a warrant out of Montmorency Township; the subject was arrested and later lodged in Alpena County Jail. Officers cleared without incident.
March 5
9:23 a.m.: While on routine patrol a deputy noticed an electric pole was smoking in Briley Township; the fire department was notified along with PIE&G.
11:41 a.m.: Multiple 911 calls reported a vehicle that hit a mailbox in Hillman Township. A deputy responded to the scene to take the report, no injuries were reported.
