Police seek help solving Mr. Ed’s break-in

ALPENA — The Michigan State Police – Alpena Post is requesting the public’s help in identifying suspects who allegedly broke into Mr. Ed’s IGA in Ossineke around 4:15 a.m. on June 29.

Police said there were four suspects allegedly involved in the crime — two of whom were caught on camera without masks. Police need help identifying the two maskless suspects.

Anyone with information that might help solve the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL. A tip number will be assigned to the caller and the information will remain confidential and the caller may remain anonymous.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000 reward to anyone who assists in solving this crime.

If, after calling Crime Stoppers, a caller wishes to provide additional information on their tip, they may call 1-800-422-JAIL or 989-820-1963.
