The Thunder Bay River Center seeks volunteers to help remove invasive species from the Alpena Wildlife Sanctuary from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 30 at Duck Park.

The volunteers will target European frog-bit and invasive hybrid cattails.

The park is on the corner of West Chisholm Street and Long Rapids Road.
