Coach of the Year
Karl Momrik
Even with one of the youngest rosters he’s ever had, Momrik’s team still found a way to win games, a lot of them. The Vikings won 15 games in a row and nabbed a second straight district title with a roster that seemed to only get better with each game. Whether it was Ella Szatkowski and Makayla Kamyszek shouldering the scoring load, Faith Cousins and Lizzy Romel distributing the ball or Madison Menzel and Sofya Hincka patrolling the paint, the Vikings played like a well-oiled machine. Under Momrik’s leadership, the Vikings should continue to be a contending team in the future.
