Aug. 5

11:16 a.m.: A 55-year-old female was taken into custody for having a warrant. A trooper transported her to MCSO jail, and she was lodged.

3:30 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a suspicious male at the Crooked Lake beach on Co Rd 487 in Briley Township. Deputies responded and spoke with the male. All okay.

Aug. 6

2:56 p.m.: A 41-year-old male was taken into custody for probation violation. He was lodged.

Aug. 7

2:27 a.m.: Dispatch was notified of a noise complaint on Pettinger Rd in Briley Township. A deputy responded to check the area. The deputy spoke with a male at the residence where the noise was coming from and advised him to keep it down.

3:02 a.m.: A MCSO deputy met with Gaylord PD at the county line to pick up a 27-year-old female with warrants. She was transported to MCSO jail and lodged.

9:50 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to a dispute in Rust Township. One male was taken into custody.

Aug. 8

4:07 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a domestic dispute on Edwards Rd in Hillman Township. Deputies responded to investigate. A 19-year-old female was taken into custody for domestic violence. She was lodged.

4:50 p.m.: MCSO was notified of a commercial burglar alarm on Mouch Rd in Briley Township. A deputy responded and found that it was a false alarm. One of the employees accidentally set off the alarm. All is as it should be.

7:33p.m.: Albert Township resident called in a dispute. Michigan State Police responded. Female subject was able to get some personal things and left the property without any issues.

Aug. 9

10:11 a.m.: Dispatch received on a noise complaint on M-32 near the Family Dollar in Briley Township. A deputy checked the area and could not hear any loud music. The deputy spoke with both parties and all clear at 11:05 a.m.

3:01 p.m.: Dispatch was notified of a verbal dispute on Dobbyn Rd in Avery Township. Deputies and a trooper responded, and the issue was resolved.

5:33 p.m.: MCSO was notified of another verbal dispute on Elizabeth St in the Village of Hillman. A trooper responded but the issue was resolved before law enforcement arrived on scene.

8:11 p.m.: MCSO received another call about another verbal dispute on Dobbyn Rd in Avery Township. Deputies responded to investigate.

Aug. 10

3:43 p.m.: MCSO received a call about an erratic driver traveling westbound on M-32 near Haas Rd in Avery Township. A deputy attempted to locate vehicle described but was unable.

7:49 p.m.: A deputy initiated a routine traffic stop pulling into a driveway on Co Rd 612 in Albert Township. A 35-year-old Lewiston female was taken into custody for operating without a valid license. She was lodged.

Aug. 11

10:35 a.m.: MCSO received a call about a B&E not in progress in Hillman Township. A trooper responded to investigate.

10:00 p.m.: MCSO was advised of a B&E at a residence in Presque Isle Co. The call was transferred to Presque Isle Co dispatch to be handled.

10:55 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm on Co Rd 612 near Fleming Rd in Albert Township. A deputy responded. The security company contacted MCSO again reporting a false alarm. The deputy was advised he could disregard.
