News Photo by Reagan Voetberg Construction of the new student housing units at Alpena Community College began this week. The new housing will increase total housing capacity to 106. The project is expected to be finished by the start of the Fall 2026 semester to house incoming students. It will feature both single occupancy rooms and handicap-accessible rooms.
