Konwinski said that Herbie’s Scoop Shack crew is looking forward to the summer foot traffic to start rolling in and for community members to try all the new items available that range from bubble tea, smoothies, and various ice cream flavors. Konwinski said that getting Herbie’s Scoop Shack up and running has been an exciting journey. Herbie’s Scoop Shack opened Thursday and their hours are posted on their Facebook page.
