Maggie and Joshua Wills

Maggie Garant and Joshua Wills, of Grand Rapids, were married on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Caledonia Lakeside Park in Calendonia. Reverend Dan Defeber, of Grand Rapids, officiated.

Maggie is the daughter of Mary Garant of Marquette, and Joseph and Patricia Garant of Alpena, . Joshua is the son of David and Jill Wills of Stanton.

The wedding ceremony was held on a beautiful, sunny afternoon at the shore of Emmons Lake. A small group of immediate family and close friends celebrated outdoors, mindful of current pandemic restrictions.

Maggie and Joshua are making their home in Grand Rapids. They plan to celebrate their marriage in a reception next year surrounded by a larger circle of family and friends.
