Ashley Diem and Evan Josey exchanged their wedding vows on July 7 (7-7-2017) in a private ceremony at the home of the bride’s grandmother in Posen. Charles Madison officiated the 3 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Jim (Brenda) Diem and Barb (Tim) Witucki. The groom is the son of Jack and Peggy Josey.

Attending the bride were Sommer Josey and Jenni McDonald. Serving as flower girls were Lauren and Katie Mroz. Attending the groom were Travis Josey and Chris Floor. Serving as ring bearers were Weston Josey and Colton Bartley. Ushers were Andrew Diem and Ethan Wojda.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Posen Polka Pavilion.

Ashley is a 2007 graduate of Alpena High School and is employed at AAACU. Evan is a 2009 graduate of Alpena High School and owns EJ Forest Products.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon traveling to Tennessee. They are making their home in Lachine.
