Bromund/Gorzenski

Kelly Nicole Bromund and Joseph Charles Gorzenski exchanged their wedding vows Sept. 7, 2013 at Stony Brook Metro Park. Rev. Danealle Craft officiated at the 5:30 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Jim and Diane Bromund of Alpena. The groom is the son of Tamara Booster of Swartz Creek, and David and Nancy Gorzenski of Gladwin.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister, Heather Bromund. Bridesmaids were Elyse Peterson, cousin of the bride, and Lindsey Dimond and Debi Jo Leatherwood, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Brynn Coletta, niece of the groom.

Attending the groom as best man was his friend, Justin York. Groomsmen were Don Raymond, brother of the groom, and Shawn Lewis and Steve Jeffery, friends of the groom. Serving as usher was the bride’s brother, Derek Bromund. Ring bearer was Zane Coletta, nephew of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds were honored at a reception at Sunset Terrace in Shelby Township. Pre-nuptial parties included a rehearsal dinner at the Red Ox Tavern in Utica.

Kelly is a graduate of Alpena High School and received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Eastern Michigan University. She is employed by Dort Federal Credit Union. Joseph is a graduate of Swartz Creek High School and is employed by Gordon Food Service.

The newlyweds will take honeymoon trips to Panama Beach City, Fla. in April and Cancun, Mexico later this year. They are residing in Flint Township.
