Courtesy photo Ernest “Ernie” Zubalik, of Black River, is turning 100 years old on Saturday. Ernie will be celebrating his birthday at Smokey’s Mountain Bar and Grill with family and friends. People are also encouraged to stop by after 5p.m. to say hello and wish him a happy birthday. Ernie is a World War II Navy Veteran, so be sure to also thank him for his service.
