Ken and Pam MacArthur celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 20.

Ken and Pam MacArthur celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Courtyard Restaurant.

Pamela Hanson and Kenneth MacArthur were married on Sept. 20, 1975 at the First Church of God (TriPoint) in Alpena, by the Rev. H.L. Nelson.

Pam retired from Alpena Regional Medical Center after 42 years.

Ken retired from LaFarge/Presque Isle Quarry after 42 years.

They have two children, Jason (Kimberly) and Ryan, of Alpena.

They also have three grandchildren, Vincent, Troy and Kendall, of Alpena.
