Pancakes and maple syrup are on the menu for Saturday at the Alcona FFA Chapter’s 15th Annual Maple Syrup Celebration Day.

Free balance clinic and power class Tuesday

Thunder Bay Fyzical Therapy is offering a free balance clinic and power class on Tuesday. The presentation starts at noon and the power class will begin at 1 p.m.

Learn tips and tricks to improve mobility to maintain functional well-being. Following the presentation, a small group-based exercise class for all skill levels will be held.

Posen VFW hosting pancake breakfast Sunday

VFW Posen Post 7804 is hosting a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday. The cost is $9 per adult, $4.50 per child ages 5 to 12, and free for children under age 5. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, eggs to order, and homemade desserts.
