Brownie Girl Scout Harley gets whip cream added to her ice cream as her friend, who plans to join a troop this fall, looks on as part of the Girl Scout event that was held this past Sunday. Girls of all levels gathered together and brought friends for the ice cream-themed event. In addition to sundaes, girls made ice cream cone bird feeders and ice cream themed crafts called SWAPS. SWAPS stand for Special Watchamacallit Affectionately Pinned Somewhere, which is a time-honored Scout tradition.
