The library millage renewal — Why is it called “increased” on the ballot? For what will it be used?

These are a few of the questions to be answered by Alpena County Library Director Eric Magness-Eubank, at the League of Women Voters meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Alpena Community College’s C-106.

The public is invited to attend all LWV of Alpena County events. LWV neither promotes nor endorses candidates. However, LWV often holds educational meetings on topics for which they hold a previously-studied position.
