A Swiss steak dinner will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Alcona Masonic Lodge, 316 E. Traverse Bay in Lincoln.

All are welcome. The cost is $12 per adult and $6 per child age 12 and younger.

AHS Class of ’54 reunion set

The 65th reunion of the Alpena High School Class of 1954 will be held at a noon luncheon on Friday, May 24, at the 19th Hole in Alpena. No RSVP required.

Bridge winners announced

Alpena Duplicate Bridge Club winners this week were Linda Clegg and Audrey Stevens in first place, Gayle Nowak and Deannap Brege in second place, and Mark Wolshon and Dale Middleditch in third place. The group meets at 12:45 p.m. Mondays at First United Methodist Church.
