April Stevens and Ben Straley announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is daughter of Glen and Darlene Stevens of Spruce. The future groom is the son of Jim Straley and Ann Robbins.

April is a 2010 graduate of Alpena High School and a graduate of cosmetology. She is currently self-employed at Up North Oasis Salon & Spa. Ben is a 2009 Alpena High School graduate and a graduate of Hobart Institute of Welding. He is currently employed as a welder.

The couple are planning their wedding for September 2017.
