Joanna Sarkozi and Eric Hampton announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike and Janette Sarkozi of Atlanta. The future groom is the son of Grant and KC Hampton of Harrisville.

Joanna is studying actuarial science at Central Michigan University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. She will be working as an intern at Auto-Owners Insurance in Lansing this summer. Eric is also maintaining a 4.0 GPA at Central Michigan University and plans to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. He will be working for the Hampton’s family-owned Mr. Ed’s IGA in Harrisville this summer.

Joanna is the granddaughter of Lyle and Gladys Klein of Atlanta, and the late Gene and Gerry Sue Sarkozi of Williamston. Eric is the grandson of Lou (and the late Don) Hampton of Rogers City, and Carl “Ole” (and the late Mary Kay) Aronson of Bay Village, Ohio.

A summer wedding is planned.
